Different People, Different Triggers
Keep in mind that not everyone has the same COPD triggers; each patient is different, and something that causes a flare-up in one person may not be a problem for another. One of the best ways to identify your unique triggers is to monitor your symptoms closely. Be sure to contact your doctor immediately if your wheezing, coughing, or shortness of breath suddenly gets worse or if you have a fever, trouble sleeping, extreme fatigue, depression, and/or confusion.
