The following outdoor triggers could make your COPD symptoms worse
- Air pollution or smog;
- Traffic fumes or exhaust from cars;
- Occupational exposure to chemical fumes;
- Sudden changes in weather;
- Cold, dry air;
- Hot, humid air;
- Strong winds;
- High altitudes;
- Grasses or trees; and
